 Weekly Workshops 

New Rock Generation's Weekly Band Workshops have been designed especially for young musicians and bands of all abilities from ages 9-18 years.
​
Based in professional rehearsal studios bands will spend 12 hours each term developing musicianship skills and working towards a live performance in a real venue.
​
New Rock Generation have an expert team of professional tutors specialising in: 
​
  • singing, guitar, bass, keyboard and drums
  • live performance 
  • pre-production
  • song-writing/creative composition
  • studio recording

Whether you have only recently started to learn your instrument and have no performance experience or you are an experienced musician/band with a wealth of gigging experience, then New Rock Generation’s Weekly Band Workshops are for you!

We accept applications for both individual students and existing bands.

 Details of the Course 

​
  • Each term consists of 12 hours (1 hour per week) of tutor led workshops and an end of term gig in a professional, local music venue.
  • Workshops are currently held at Small Pond Studios in Brighton - Studio Info
  • Small group sizes - usually 3-5 students per band
  • Bands are matched based on age and ability
  • Course fees* Per Term): £240 - PAYMENT PLAN AVAILABLE ON REQUEST
  • Workshops are avalible Saturday day times and weekday evenings
  • Free visits / taster sessions available on request
