OUR WEEKLY WORKSHOPS
Each term consists of 12 weeks of tutor-led workshops, with 1-hour sessions held weekly, culminating in a live performance at a professional local music venue.
The programme is designed to build on previous work, introducing songwriting and performance techniques as the year progresses.
COURSE INFORMATION
Location: Small Pond Studios, Brighton (Studio Information)
Group Sizes: Typically 3-5 students per band, ensuring personalised attention.
Band Matching: Based on age and ability, to create a balanced and supportive learning environment.
Schedule: Workshops are available on Saturday daytimes and weekday evenings.
Taster Sessions: Free visits and trial sessions are available upon request.
Course Fees:
£240 per term (Payment plans available upon request)

As of 2025, New Rock Generation is bringing its fun and engaging rock school workshops to two schools in the Brighton Area:
Dorothy Stringer High School - Monday After School
Cardinal Newman Catholic School - Wednesday After School
These weekly after school clubs will bring our expert band tutors into local schools and give their young musicians opportunities to learn song writing, rehearse with old and new friends, and have the ability to perform at NRG's amazing end of term shows at some of Brighton's best venues.
