Hello all, I hope you're great and enjoying this gorgeous weather! I'm very excited to announce that this year's end of term show - Saturday 15th of July - will be at The Hope and Ruin! The Hope and Ruin is one of my favourite venues in Brighton, so i'm over the moon to have it available to us! The sound, location, and general awesomeness is exactly what our NRG students deserve :) Thank you all for your feedback on this last term's show - it's helped me in curating this one to hopefully be the best one yet. From the feedback, we will be starting earlier, we will be having an interval, and we will be having somewhere to eat and drink after the show. (Highly recommend the chicken/vegan wings ) DETAILS: Students are to arrive at The Hope and Ruin 11 Queens Rd, Brighton, Brighton and Hove, Brighton BN1 3WA for 11:30am on Saturday 15th of July  for soundcheck. Students are encouraged to bring a packed lunch, however with this being the centre of Brighton, lunch options are available pretty much everywhere (JUST KEEP ME AWAY FROM GREGGS! ) Soundcheck is from 11:30 until 12:50pm  - Students arrive with instruments.  Doors Open: 12:50pm Set one: 1pm until 1:45pm - Show begins. Interval: We will be having a break halfway through. Set two: 2:15pm until 3pm - Second half of our awesome show.  Post-show 3pm onwards - A chance to grab a drink and mingle. LOGISTICS:  PARKING: The Hope and Ruin is a 2 minute walk from Churchill Square (BUS) and about a 5 minute walk from Brighton Station (TRAIN) If you are driving, there is the North Road RCP parking two minutes away - however this one is expensive. The Churchill Square orange 1 carpark is cheaper but around a ten minute walk away. Buckingham Road is also a good option for street parking but spaces are limited. TICKETS: We will be doing a pay on the door of £5 for 18+. We will take cash or card.  STUDENT SIGN IN: We will be signing all students in and out of the venue. If your young person needs to leave early, please tell our lovely door person so that they can sign you out :) Once at the venue, we encourage our students to stay there (otherwise soundcheck gets delayed) so if they want to go for a Brighton ramble, can they do that before please.  SUMMER SCHOOL: Summer school is filling up but we do have places available:  Go to: https://www.newrockgeneration.com/summerschool for more info Can't wait for this show guys!
